I’ve been working with Idea Scout since November 2019. And our hard work has paid off. After 3 months of coordination with the most senior marketing brains at Kelloggs we have come up with the vision and purpose for Kelloggs Worldwide. This is the strategy that will guide all creative work in every country where Kelloggs is sold. After many rounds of discussions and some brilliant stakeholder onboarding by my colleague Louise we reached consensus.
